The Los Santos Police Academy is specifically designed to educate and train the cadets affiliated with the Los Santos Police Department. It aims to instill various techniques in cadets, molding them into exemplary and honorable Police Officers capable of combating crimes. The academy imparts diverse knowledge about law offenders and criminals to ensure that the graduates are well-equipped to combat criminal activities. Through hands-on training and guidance from experienced police department members, cadets are groomed to be resilient, strong, and disciplined in their approach to crime-fighting. Simultaneously, they are encouraged to be humble, amiable, and dependable in their interactions with citizens. The comprehensive training program spans theoretical and physical aspects, overseen by senior staff from the police department. The senior staff provides intensive guidance, ensuring that all cadets fully master and comprehend the tasks, mandates, and protocols associated with becoming a police officer.

DUTIES
In the capacity of a sworn member within the Los Santos Police Department, a Police Officer upholds order, enforces laws and ordinances, and safeguards both life and property. Their responsibilities encompass issuing citations, effecting arrests, compiling reports, and disseminating information to both the public and various departmental units. Beyond these duties, they actively engage with neighborhood associations and community members, serving as a planner, community organizer, problem solver, and conduit of information. The scope of their work extends to various related tasks and responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum age requirement is 21 years or older.
2. Completion of a U.S. high school or its equivalent is mandatory.
3. A prerequisite is possessing a commendable moral and ethical character.
4. Citizenship in the United States or status as a permanent resident alien.
5. Possession of an active driver's license.
6. Maintaining a clean criminal and medical record.
7. Consent to undergo a comprehensive background check, involving the examination of prior employment, financial history, educational background, and military records, is a requisite.

1. Mandatory to have an operational TeamSpeak3 on your PC/LAPTOP.
2. Maintain a stable internet connection while simultaneously playing In-Game and being active on TeamSpeak3.
3. Possess basic knowledge of Roleplay, comprehend fundamental Roleplay rules, and capable of engaging in Detailed Roleplay while serving in the LSPD.
4. Required to be actively involved both on the forum and in-game.
5. Prohibited from trolling, abusing, or cheating within the LSPD.
6. Compulsory to uphold both In-Character (IC) and Out-of-Character (OOC) attitudes.
7. Able to demonstrate activity both before and after being recruited by the LSPD, adhering to the agreement outlined in point (9) of the application.
8. Maintain an objective, neutral stance and abstain from nepotism.
9. Essential to have WhatsApp installed on your phone.
10. Applicants must be 15 years old* or older (consideration for 14-year-olds).
11. Must be an active player in the server, attaining a minimum level of 4 and passing the RP-Quiz.
12. Restriction against applying to more than one faction simultaneously.
13. Willing and capable of reading/writing/speaking in English under specific conditions.
14. Prohibited from changing your name during the recruitment process.

Stage 2 — Personal Qualification Essay (PQE)
Personal Qualification Essay (PQE) berfungsi sebagai ujian esai tertulis untuk mengukur kemampuan seorang kandidat dalam menulis dengan jelas dan ringkas. Tahap ini dilakukan untuk mengukur keterampilan komunikasi kandidat, mengingat pentingnya komunikasi tertulis yang efektif dalam tugas kepolisian. Kandidat akan diminta untuk menjawab skenario, atau pertanyaan yang terkait dengan masalah penegakan hukum, etika, atau penilaian situasional.

(( PQE ini tidak memiliki jawaban benar atau salah. PQE ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang mengevaluasi kualifikasi anda. Anda akan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi anda. Secara In Character, karakter anda akan mengerjakan beberapa esai dengan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang menunjukkan kualifikasi pribadi karakter anda untuk menjadi seorang polisi.

Stage 3 — Department Interview

GUIDELINES

• RECEIVED means that your PBA is received and checked by the recruitment officer. you will receive next guidance whether you're moved to the next stage or being hold for revising your PBA.
• PENDING means your application is placed on hold for revision or requiring you to input additional information asked by recruitment officer, recruitment officers will send you a reply in regards of your application.
• PQE PHASE means that you're qualified on the PBA and moving to the PQE stage, you will need to reply your PBA with confirmation of receiving the PQE form that you will received in the private message.
• INTERVIEW means that you've passed the PQE stage and moving on to interview session, you will need to reply your PBA with confirmation of ready to undergo for interview. (( you will receive a teamspeak3 server address that you need to join in order to proceed on your interview stage ))
• ACCEPTED means you are accepted in a recruitment process, you are required to open this website and keep in touch in regards the update of the recruitment step and you will have to attend the academy of the Los Santos Police Department.
