Transportation & Road Services

- (1) A. General Traffic Violations
- Driving at the wrong lane of the road.
- Illegal U-turn, performing a U-turn which crosses lanes of traffic.
- Blocking/cutting off intersection, it may cause a lot of dangerous accident.
- Driving on pedestrian walk, which is taking their rights.
- Excessive use of horn, it may disturbing other drivers.
- Driving through a safety zone (any safety zone secured by traffic devices, and others).
- Violating safety requirements (motorcycle: helmet), (car: belt), and lights.
- Violating safety requirements on heavy vehicles/big trucks.
A fine of $1000.00 will be given.
If a person violating more than one, then an additional of $500.00 will be added.
(1) B. Failed or Refuse to Pay Any Fine Ticket Given.
- A person who failed to pay any fine ticket given by a Peace Officer surpassing a week period of time since the issued date.
The unpaid tickets fine will be included in the jailtime. LEO involving must clear the ticket after suspect imprisonment.
A fine of $100.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$195.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) C. Driving any motorized vehicle without an official driving license.
- A person who drives a motorized vehicle without having an official driving license.
- A person who drives a motorized vehicle with an expired official driving license.
- A person who drives a motorized vehicle with a suspended official driving license.
A fine of $250.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) D. Maneuver any sea vehicles without official sailing licenses.
- A person who maneuver a motorized boat or a sailing ship without having an official boat license.
- A person who maneuver a motorized boat or a sailing ship with an expired official boat license.
- A person who maneuver a motorized boat or a sailing ship with a suspended official boat license.
A fine of $150.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) E. Flying any air vehicles without official flying licenses as a pilot.
- A person who flying a fixed wing or a rotor aircraft without having an official flying license.
- A person who flying a fixed wing or a rotor aircraft with an expired official flying license.
- A person who flying a fixed wing or a rotor aircraft with a suspended official flying license.
A fine of $2,250.00 and 35 months of jail will be given.
$10,000.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) F. Maneuvering any kind of vehicles with suspended / expired license.
A fine of $250.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$100.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) G. Reckless Driving
- Act of driver with a wanton disregard for the safety of people or property.
- Reckless operation of an off-road.
A fine of $2000.00 will be given.
(1) H. Speeding
- Operating a vehicle at speed that exceeds the speed limit on the public roads.
- City: 60 mph
- County: 70 mph
- Highway: 100 mph
- A driver who are speeding and exceed the speed limit of 100 mph in a normal weather / bad weather are also will be fined the same as (1) D.
A fine of $1000.00 will be given.
(1) I. Improper Vehicle Parking Method
- A driver who purposely violating the parking method.
- A driver who parked in a manner that obstructs a lane of traffic and prevents traffic from properly flowing.
- A driver who parked in a manner that obstructs a driveway, private road or path, or alleyway used by traffic and prevents traffic from entering and/or exiting the driveway, private road or path, or alleyway.
- A driver who parked in a manner that obstructs a parking lot and prevents vehicles from leaving or entering the lot.
- A driver who parked within a marked crosswalk.
- A driver who parked facing wrong way or opposing traffic.
- A driver who parked on any sidewalk, separator, and/or median.
- A driver who parked on a freeway/highway shoulder lane except for emergencies.
- A driver who parked in any tunnel.
- A driver who parked against the red curb except Emergency Vehicles while performing their duties.
- A driver who parked on any bridge except Emergency Vehicles while performing their duties.
- A driver who parked at someone's private property.
- A driver who parked directly in front of or within five feet proximity of any hydrant, whether or not the vehicle is occupied.
- A driver who parked in Government's buildings compound.
- A driver who parked in a five feet area of a 'No Parking' sign.
- A driver who parked on a private property own by someone else.
- A driver who parked at or near a helipad or an aircraft landing zone, if in control of a non-aerial vehicle.
- A driver who parked on any handicap parking space without handicap identification permit.
The vehicles will be impounded by the involving LEO.
(1) J. Illegal Modifications On Vehicles
Illegal modifications can be found below,
- A NOS Injection.
- Tinted the front's view of vehicles (driver's seat).
- Plate frames.
- A high spoiler's wing that blocks driver's rear view.
- Illegal use of hydraulic.
- Offended / disturbing stickers.
- Intentionally installed loud vehicle exhaust.
The vehicles will be impounded by the involving LEO.
(1) K. Unregistered Vehicles
Every person who has a vehicles must be registered in the San Andreas Police Department.
- Driving an unregistered vehicles.
- Parking an unregistered vehicles.
- Invalid vehicle registration / none found from the driver.
- Blocked / Impaired plate on the vehicles.
The vehicles will be impounded by the involving LEO.
(1) L. Vehicular Endangerment
- Hit and Run, a driver who purposely or not purposely crashed a person and leave them wounded or deceased without any further help given.
- A person who drives any of vehicles that may harm any of pedestrians or the passengers.
A fine of $1500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$3,000.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) M. Vehicular Manslaughter
- Purposively killed a person using any kind of operatable vehicle.
- Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of another without malice or intention.
A fine of $1500.00 and 40 months of jail will be given.
$2,000.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) N. DWI or DUI
DWI stands for driving while intoxicated / impaired. While DUI is an acronym for driving under the influence.
- Driving under a drug's effect.
- Driving while impaired.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol.
Both punishment of DWI and DUI are fine of $1000.00 15 months of jail, and the vehicles will be impounded by the authorities.
The suspected person might not able to be freed if still affected in the effect of drunkness.
$300.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) O. Illegal Street Racing
- Every of illegal event that may harm / creating minor or major damages to a person / public facilities are not allowed. An event must be registered under the authorities and all the vehicles must not installing any of illegal modifications on their vehicles (follow (2) E)'s regulations.
A fine of $2500.00 and 25 months of jail will be given, vehicle will be impounded.
$750.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
If a suspected person caused a death to a person, will be charged as vehicular manslaughter (1) O.
(1) P. Evading From Police
- A driver who purposely evade from the Polices.
- Evading police stop or pursuit whether by using active sirens and horns or with or without using of megaphone.
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given, vehicle will be impounded.
$600.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(1) Q. Flight Regulations
- Operate an aircraft with the minimum of height regulation.
- LSFD and Weazel News= 400 ft
Civilian= 500 ft
Airplane= 700 ft
- Fly an aircraft without permission from the Air Traffic Control
- Fly an aircraft on Downtown Los Santos Area
Every rules from above are punished a fine of $250.00. If a person violating more than one, then an additional of $250.00 will be added.
(1) R. Misbehavely Maneuvering / Operating an Aircraft / Aircraft Endangerment
- Any kind of maneuver that can harm any of pilots/passenger, and the others.
The pilot will be arrested for 30 month of jail and a fine of $450.00
A fine of $2,700.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
Action will be taken by the Special Operations
(1) S. Emergency Landing
- Pilot that perform an emergency landing without permission or acknowledgment of the Air Traffic Control.
Pilot must request a permission to if they wanted to performing emergency landing (reason is needed). By calling 5-5-5 to SAPD Air Support Division.
The pilot will be fined a total amount of $400.00
(1) T. Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles
- Failure to yield and pull off to the side in order to make way for emergency vehicles with flashing lights and or sirens.
A fine of $500.00 will be given.
(1) U. Failure to Yield to A Roadblock
- Failure to Yield to any roadblock which is defined as any sign or device in traffic meant to restrict any of driver to pass.
A fine of $500.00 will be given.
(1) V. Following An Emergency Vehicle
- Following a responding emergency vehicle without a valid reason (pursue/responding to a location).
A fine of $1000.00 will be given.
(1) W. Altering or Changing a Vehicle Identification Number
- A person to intentionally alter, change or destroy a vehicle identification number (VIN).
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$400.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.

SECTION CODE 02
License & Permit Law

- (2) A. Firearms Permit
Every of civillians who are going or already had a license or a permit to work in the state of San Andreas. It is an obligations to adhere each of Firearms License Rules.
- Every of Firearms License holder are required to follow every each of Firearms License's Rules.
- Every of civillians who wants to get a firearms license are required to complete the Firearms Licensing Stages.
- If a firearms holder failure to follow the Firearms License Rules, they will be punished as written on here
(2) B. Organizing a Small Illegal Event.
- A small event that being held by 10 - 20 people.
- Person who caught organizing the event.
- Person who caught receiving profits from the event.
- Person who are in-charge of the event.
A fine of $10,000.00 and 25 months of jail will be given.
$10,000.00 bail out payment and a 5 months of jail.
(2) C. Organizing a Big Illegal Event.
- A big event that being held by more than 20 people.
- Person who are caught organizing the event.
- Person who are caught receiving profits from the event.

A fine of $20,000.00 and 35 months of jail will be given.

SECTION CODE 03
Control of Drugs

- (3) A. Possessing of Heroine (4 Grams or Less)
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Heroine on their possession.
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Heroine on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Heroine on their vehicle.
A fine of $800.00 and 10 months of jail will be given,
$400.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) B. Possessing of Heroine (5 Grams or more)
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Heroine on their possession.
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Heroine on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Heroine on their vehicle.
A fine of $1600.00 and 10 months of jail will be given,
$400.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) C. Possessing of Cocaine (4 Grams or less)
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Cocaine on their possession.
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Cocaine on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess 1-4 grams of Cocaine on their vehicle.
A fine of $1200.00 and 15 months of jail will be given
$1,200.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) D. Possessing of Cocaine (5 Grams or more)
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Cocaine on their possession.
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Cocaine on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess 5 or more grams of Cocaine on their vehicle.
A fine of $2400.00 and 10 months of jail will be given,
$400.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) E. Possessing of Crack
- A person who possess Crack on their possession.
- A person who possess Crack on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess Crack on their vehicle.
A fine of $500.00 and $500.00 more after exceeding per 50 grams and 20 months of jail will be given
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) F. Possessing of Weed
- A person who possess Weed on their possession.
- A person who possess Weed on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess Weed on their vehicle.
A fine of $200.00 and $200.00 more after exceeding per 50 grams and 20 months of jail will be given
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) G. Possessing of Meth
- A person who possess Meth on their possession.
- A person who possess Meth on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess Meth on their vehicle.
A fine of $400.00 and $400.00 more after exceeding per 50 grams and 20 months of jail will be given
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) H. Possessing of Raw Illegal Plants
- Blue Dream Weed
- Sour Diesel Weed
- Gold Weed
A fine of $500.00 per piece and 20 months of jail will be given
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) I. IUI or IWI
Individuals Under Influences or Individual With Influences.
- A person who are under effect of illegal drugs on a public/private property.
A fine of $1000.00 and 15 months of jail will be given
$450.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) J. Selling or distributing of illegal drugs
- A person who are caught selling illegal drugs to the other persons.
- A person who are caught distributing illegal drugs to the other persons.
A fine of $3000.00 and 25 months of jail will be given.
$2,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) K. Drug Manufacturing
- Individual that involved in any step of the illicit drug production process.
- Those who sell certain precursor chemicals, specialized equipment, or simply offer to help produce drugs.
A fine of $5000.00 and 35 months of jail will be given.
$3,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 months of jail.
(3) L. Being Present for Illegal Drug Use
- Present at a place where controlled substance use is occurring. Only if you're helping the user, such as being a lookout, and helping them to consume.
A fine of $800.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$200.00 as bail out payment and 1 month of jail.

SECTION CODE 04
Control of Deadly Weapons

- (4) A. Possessing, Showing, And Display Any Usages of Sharp / Blunt Weapons
- A person who are showing a sharp / blunt weapons to threatens someone.
- A person who are displaying any of sharp / blunt weapons in public space.
A fine of $250.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$450.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
If someone brought any of sharp / blunt weapons with no indication to harm someone and for a self defense, the authorities may confiscate the sharp weapons and took the person for further interogation if needed.
(4) B. Possessing of Illegal Firearms
- A person who possess a gun that has no serial number on their possession.
- A person who possess a gun that has no serial number on their house/apartment.
- A person who possess a gun that has no serial number on their vehicle.
- A person who illegally bought a gun that has no serial number from someone by any of trade systems.
- Any of reasons are invalid even for a self-defense.
A fine of $5000.00 and 40 months of jail will be given.
$4,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(4) C. Possessing of Legal Firearms Without Official Firearms License
- A person who possess a gun that has serial number on their possession without an active Official Firearms License.
- A person who possess a gun that has serial number on their house/apartment without an active Official Firearms License.
- A person who possess a gun that has serial number on their vehicle without an active Official Firearms License.
- A person who illegally bought a gun that has serial number from someone by any of trade systems.
- Any of reasons are invalid even for a self-defense.
A fine of $10,000.00 and 20 months of jail.
$200.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(4) D. Possessing Any Kind of Weapon Materials or Schematics.
- A person who possessing or holding any materials or schematics of weapons.
- A person with gun schematics or materials (illegally create and sold it to the other).
A fine of $2500.00 and 25 months of jail.
$2,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(4) E. Misusing Firearms License / Abusing Firearms License
- A licensed firearms person who are failure to adhere any of Firearm License Agreement.
- A licensed firearms person who are purposely showing any of licensed firearms in public space.
- The firearms license will be taken and punishable following the Firearms License Agreement.

(4) E. 2. Firearms & Licensing Division Weapon Target
- A people included list from GCU Weapon Tracker for Firearms & Licensing Division internal needs for confirming someone who uses a firearm license.
- A licensed firearms person who are any firearms user's report of their forfeit upon their firearms, in any accidental condition.
- A licensed firearms person who are didn't returning back his weapon and included in "List of Unreturned Weapon"
(4) F. Brandishing a Firearm or Weapon
- A person who caught brandishing a firearm and also a weapon.
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail.
$800.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
Weapon will be confiscated.
(4) G. Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm or Weapon
- Any person who knowingly or recklessly discharges a firearm into any dwelling or any other building or occupied structure, or into any motor vehicle occupied by any person, commits the offense of illegal discharge of a firearm
A fine of $2500.00 and 25 months of jail.
$1,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
Weapon will be confiscated.
(4) H. Possession of a Body Armor
- A person who caught equipping a body armor to their body.
A fine of $2000.00 and 10 months of jail.
$800.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(4) I. Weapon Trafficking
- Trafficking / smuggling any kind of weapons.
A fine of $10,000.00 and 30 months of jail.
$2,400.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(4) J. Possessing Destructive Devices or Explosives
- Carrying or caught using a destructive devices also an incendiary or a home-made device that could explode and
harm person or environment within an area.
A fine of $20,000.00 and 35 months of jail.
$2,450.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.

SECTION CODE 05
Crime Against the Person

- (5) A. Intimidation.
- Intentionally behavior that "would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities" to fear injury or harm.
A fine of $250.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$100.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) B. Assault.
- An unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another
- A person that have the intention of harming the others, this includes: spitting, slapping, or any unlawful act.
- A person who participate or assist on the action defined above.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) C. Assault with Deadly Weapons.
- A person who commits an assault on another person with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm.
- A person who purposively harm bodily a person to cause a major or minor injuries with any kind weapons involved.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) D. Battery.
- A person who conduct a physical act that results in harmful or offensive contact with another person without that person's consent.
- An offensive contact means rude, angry, and disrespectful.
A fine of $500.00 and 25 months of jail will be given.
$1,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) E. Aggravated Battery.
- A person who conduct a physical act that results in harmful or offensive contact with another person with or without a weapon that result in serious injuries.
- An offensive contact means rude, angry, and disrespectful.
A fine of $500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) F. Attempted Murdering
- A person who purposely attempting to hurt / threatening on individual that cause a minor / major casualities and or causing death to individual with or without weapons.
- Caused death or major injuries by the person own negligence not with personal intention.
A fine of $1500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,200.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) G. Murdering
- An act in purpose to kill a person with an equipment; legal or illegal firearm and or a sharp or blunt melee weapon.
- A person who completely committed an unlawful kills on another individual with intention.
A fine of $2000.00 and 50 months of jail will be given.
$4,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) H. Committed a group criminal assault with or without weapons
- Individuals who committed a group criminal with or without weapons that cause a minor / major damages to individuals.
A fine of $2500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) I. Performing A Drive-By Using Light or Heavy Fire Arms
- A person who performed a drive by using any kind of weapons that may cause minor / major damage / casualties.
- Performs Drive-By using heavy or light fire arms from motorized vehicles whether as a driver or shooter of the vehicles with full acknowledge of it being used for such crime.
A fine of $1500.00 and 35 months of jail will be given.
$2,100.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(5) J. Melee Robbery
- An attempt of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using an intimidation of force to put the victim in fear.
- An attempt of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using a sharp / blunt melee weapon.
- The act of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using an intimidation of force to put the victim in fear.
- The act of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using a sharp / blunt melee weapon.
The stolen goods must be restored / refunded to the rightful owner.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) K. Armed Robbery
- An attempt of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using an intimidation of force to put the victim in fear of firearms.
- The act of taking any person's inventory by forcing them using a firearm (inc: legal/lllegal firearm - means: registered serial or no).
The stolen goods must be restored / refunded to the rightful owner.
A fine of $1000.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$900.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) L. Piracy
- The act of taking any person's ship or boat by forcing them using a weapons.
- The act of boarding another ship or boat without any approval by the Captain of the ship or boat.
The stolen goods must be restored / refunded to the rightful owner.
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) M. Grand Theft
- Taking other person's property/item by the value over of $1,000.
A fine of $1000.00 and 25 months of jail will be given.
$1,250.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) N. Grand Theft Auto
- A person who attempt / stealing any other individuals vehicle.
- A person who jacked into any of vehicles and steal it.
The stolen vehicles must be restored and refunded (any broken part counts) to the rightful owner.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$750.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) O. Grand Theft of Firearms
- A person who steals any of weapons no matter if its registered or not
This may refer to (5) J and (5) K.
The stolen weapons must be restored to the rightful owner (if registered), and will be confiscated (if not registered).
A fine of $1000.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) P. Abuse or Desecration of Dead Human Body
- Performing a sexual abuse on a human dead body.
- Gain a benefit upon a dead human dead body (taking advantage of human part mutilation).
- Failure to report a missing human dead body to a law enforcement agency.
A fine of $1000.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) Q. Kidnapping
- A removal of a person liberty without their consent or approval.
- A person who forcefully taking someone into their custody without his/her consent or approval.
A fine of $1000.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$2,100.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) R. Hostage Taking
- A removal of a person liberty without their consent or approval in exchange of something.
- An action that using a person as a human shield.
- An action that using a person as a bargaining object for getaway or ransom.
A fine of $1500.00 and 60 months of jail will be given.
$3,000.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) S. Torture
- An act of cruelty over a person's by harming their body.
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) T. Blackmail
- The act of exploiting others privacy by using their weakness, in exchange of something from the person..
A fine of $500.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$200.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(5) U. Human Trafficking
- Deprivation or violation of the personal liberty of another with the intent to obtain forced labor or services.
- An action of selling a human being to the other.
A fine of $1000.00 and 65 months of jail will be given.
$7,150.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.

- A person who engages sexual intercourse that lacks of consent.

$3,600.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(6) C. Statutory Rape
- A person who engages sexual intercourse with underage/minor that lacks of consent.
A fine of $500.00 and 75 months of jail will be given.
$7,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(6) D. Prostitution
- A person who knowingly engages in or offers to engage in a sexual act in exchange for payment or other goods and services.
A fine of $500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(6) E. Solicitation of Sexual Engagement
- A person who offers any kinds of goods or service towards an individual in exchange for sexual engagement.
A fine of $600.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(6) F. Being Naked In Public.
- A person who wear nothing to avoid exposing their genitals area.
A fine of $250.00 and 5 months of jail will be given.
(6) G. Performs Any Sexual Action in Public.
- A person who engage in a sexual intercourse in a public place.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$450.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.

- (7) A. Initiating A Riot.
- A person who gather the mass of person to create a chaos.
- A person who provoke the mass to create a chaos.
A fine of $1000.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) B. Failing to Disperse After Lawfully Ordered by The Officials.
- A person who are failed to leave a certain area that ordered by the Government Officials.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$1,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) C. Participating in a Riot
- A group or an individual who just participated in a riot for causing massive or minor injuries or any break to the law.
A fine of $500.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$150.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) D. Spitting in Public Space.
- A person who spit their saliva inappropriately in a Public Place.
A fine of $250.00 will be given.
(7) E. Pee in Public
- A person who dump their feces or pee inappropriately in a Public Place.
A fine of $250.00 will be given.
(7) F. Drunk in Public Space
- A person who loses his consciousness caused by alcohol in a Public Space.
A person who cannot control their emotion or feeling that causing an illicit action as an effect of alcohol in a Public Place.
A maximum of $250.00 fines will be given.
Prisonment might be applied if causes major disturbance.
(7) G. Vilification
- The act of saying or writing unpleasant things about someone or something, in order to cause other people to have a bad
opinion of them.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) H. Hate Speech
- Distributing a hate opinion to a person or a group.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) I. Vigilantism
- The act of self-judging any suspect by his/her own intention while not currently serving as one of the Peace Officer.
- Any person who takes the law into his or her own hands, as by avenging a crime.
- Self judging, without recourse to lawful procedures.
A fine of $1000.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,800.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) J. Disturbing Public Peace
- A criminal offense that occurs when a person engages in some form of unruly public behavior, such as fighting or causing excessively loud noise.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$300.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) K. Brawl in Public Space
- A person who brawl in public space and causing nuisance to the public face
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) L. Accessories Disturbance
- Wearing a fully complete mask on face in public space.
- Any kind of scare accessories in public space with the intention to intimidate.
If a person evidently causing this, a verbal warning will be given, and if severe (threatening) a maximum of $250.00 fines, wearing a government accessory may result in imprisonment.
(7) M. Jaywalk
- Cross or walk in the street or road unlawfully or without regard for approaching traffic.
A fine of $250.00 will be given.
(7) N. Littering the Public Facility / Space
- Throwing any kind of rubbish incorrectly and affecting the public disturbance.
A fine of $250.00 will be given, imprisonment might be applied sometimes.
(7) O. Unlawful Assembly
- Whenever two or more persons assemble together to do an unlawful act, or do a lawful act in a violent, boisterous, or
tumultuous manner, such assembly is an unlawful assembly.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$400.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) P. Stalking
The crime of stalking can be simply described as the unwanted pursuit of another person.
- This type of behavior includes following a person, appearing at a person's home or place of business, making harassing phone calls, leaving written messages or objects, or vandalizing a person's property.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$800.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) Q. Public Intoxication
- Being intoxicated and cannot behave and control yourself, and or harming / disturbing the others.
A fine of $250.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$500.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) R. Animal Abuse
- Causing minor/major harm to any species of animal.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$2,000.00 as bail out payment and 5 month of jail.
(7) S. Animal Cruelty
- Cruel or unusual treatment of animals.
A fine of $500.00 will be given.

- Committing a disturbance over the Police Officer on duty.
- Lying to the Police Officer during the investigation or giving information.
- Distraction or disturbing any public official or law enforcement officers on duty.
- Purposely intimidating the law enforcement during the duty.
- Refusing and resisting any police officers on duty during arresting process.
A fine of $500.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$90.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
If a person violating more than one, then an additional of fines, jailtimes, and bailouts will be added.
(8) B. Abusing Government Hotline (Ex : 911, 555, Etc)
A person who purposely or not purposely using the government hotline for any kind of useless matter (emergency or not emergency) for self matter.
- A person who called 911 for non emergency purpose.
- A person who provoking through the government hotline.
- A fake caller, prank caller.
A fine of $250.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$200.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) C. Governments Attribute
- A person who are using any kind of government's attribute with the intention to mislead.
- Police hat, kevlar, sheriff's star, police's badge, government services' vest.
- And any other government's attribute.
If a person evidently wearing any kind of the attributes above, it is a verbal warn, and a fine of $500.00 and 60 months of jail will be given.
$1,200.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) D. Impersonating Government Staff
- A person who pretends to be a Government Staff for personal interest or something in public space.
- A person who impersonating a Government Staff to get an advantage as what they acts to.
If a person evidently impersonating a Government Staff, a fine of $500.00 and 60 months of jail will be given.
$1,200.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) E. Attempting to Bribe or Corrupt Any Public Officials.
- A person who are trying to offer money to Public Officials as exchange of lower punishment.
- A person who are trying to offer service to Public Officials as exchange of lower punishment.
A fine of $5000.00 and 15 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) F. Attempting to bribe, corrupt or prevent any crime’s witnesses to step out and give out information to law enforcers.
- A person who are trying to offer money to the others as exchange of not reporting a crime.
- A person who are trying to offer service to the others as exchange of not reporting a crime.
A fine of $5000.00 and 10 months of jail will be given.
$120.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) G. Making a False Report via government hotline
- Making a false report to a government hotline with the intent to mislead.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$800.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) H. Giving False Information to the Police Officials.
- Providing a fake information or fake call information according to a crime or non crime through investigating LEO.
A fine of $1000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
(8) I. Perjury.
- An action of lying after giving an oath or affirmation promising to tell the truth to a notary public, court clerk, or other official.
- Oral Testimony (as part of any court proceeding)
- Something you have written
- Signing or acknowledging a legal document, such as an affidavit, that is known to contain false information
- Subornation of perjury is the act of encouraging or assisting perjury, and is also considered a crime
A fine of $5000.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$2,000.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) J. Assaulting on LEO
- A person who assaults any of LEO with or without weapons.
- A person who are purposely creating minor / major damages to any of LEO.
A fine of $1000.00 and 40 months of jail will be given.
$1,200.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) K. Attempted Murdering A Public Officials
- A person who purposely attempting to hurt / threatening on individual that cause a minor / major casulities and or causing death to individual with or without weapons.
- Caused death or major injuries by the person own negligence not with personal intention.
A fine of $1500.00 and 60 months of jail will be given.
$6,000.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) L. Murdering A Public Officials
- A person who completely committed an unlawful kills on another individual with intention.
A fine of $2000.00 and 70 months of jail will be given.
$8,400.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) M. Harboring Criminals
- Hiding, Harboring, or Protecting criminals or convicts.
- Destroying any of available evidence.
- Assisting the criminals to get out from the sentence.
A fine of $1000.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$1,500.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) N. Fraud / Scam
- A criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$1,000.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) O. Forgery
- An action of false making or material alteration of a legal instrument with the specific intent to defraud anyone (other than themselves).
A fine of $500.00 and 30 months of jail will be given.
$3,000.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(8) P. Corruption
- A person who public officials actions that unfairly and illegally abuse the public trust that is authorized in them to gain one-sided advantage.
A fine of $5,000.00 and 300 months of jail will be given.

The practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.
- Committed extortion to any business, property, service, for personal profit.
The stolen items / goods must be restored to the rightful owner.
A fine of $500.00 and 20 months of jail will be given.
$600.00 plus 5 months of jail for a bail out payment.
(9) F. Using Property As Illegal Distribution
- Using Property As Illegal Distribution, Owning a building, place, laboratory, hall or any kind of premises that used for or as criminals gathering places, hideout and for illegal drug or weapons manufacture or distribution. ( owners only )
A fine of $500.00 and 60 months of jail will be given.
$3,600.00 as bail out payment and 1 month of jail.
The building will be sealed and searched for evidence that will be used against the owner. After doing that so, the building will be closed and if possible, will be auctioned by the government.
