A. INTRODUCTION
An event is an activity organized by individuals, communities, or organizations with specific objectives, whether social, educational, entertainment, promotional, or commemorative in nature. Events generally involve public participation in significant numbers, requiring structured planning, coordination, and supervision to ensure smooth operations and the safety of all parties involved.

In its implementation, security and public order are essential elements that cannot be separated from both small-scale and large-scale activities. Therefore, the presence of law enforcement support is necessary to ensure that the situation remains safe, controlled, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Welcome to the Event Security Assistance Program – Los Santos Police Department.

The Event Security Assistance Program is an official service provided by the Los Santos Police Department to deliver security support and protection for various community activities. This program is intended for companies, organizations, communities, and institutions that require police presence to maintain stability and security throughout their events.

The services provided include:
  • Deployment of uniformed and plainclothes officers
  • Traffic control and traffic management around the event location
  • VIP security and escort services
  • Area surveillance and access control
  • Rapid response to potential security disturbances
In addition to personnel support, the Los Santos Police Department also deploys operational vehicles and specialized equipment according to the security needs of the event.

Through this program, the Los Santos Police Department is committed to supporting community activities to ensure they are conducted safely, orderly, professionally, and in full compliance with the law within the City of Los Santos.

B. REGISTRATION OR SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
  1. Applicant must read and understand all applicable terms and conditions before submitting the form.
  2. Applicant must be at least 20 years of age.
  3. The person in charge must consist of two (2) individuals, including the Head of the Committee.
  4. The event preparation must include complete details such as proposal, location, committee structure, theme, concept, and other relevant information.
  5. The form must be filled out completely (write N/A if there is no applicable answer).
  6. Applicant must submit the completed form by creating a new thread in the Event Registration section no later than 7x24 hours before the event begins.
Form Status Explanation:
  • [REVIEWING] – The form is currently being reviewed by staff.
  • [PENDING] – Revisions are required; staff will guide the applicant for corrections.
  • [DENIED] – The application does not meet the established terms and conditions.
  • [PAYMENT] – Applicant is required to proceed with the registration payment.
  • [ACCEPTED] – Registration fee has been received.
  • PAID – Payment has been verified by staff.
  • COMPLETED – Event has officially concluded after final report submission.
Payment Procedure:
  1. Once the form status changes to [PAYMENT], the applicant must complete the registration fee within 3x24 hours before the event begins.
  2. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in rejection of the application, and a new form must be submitted.
  3. Payment must be made to the Media Relation Division through the non-emergency hotline (5-5-5).
  4. Payment details will initially appear as UNPAID until verified.
  5. After payment confirmation, Media Relation Division staff will update the status to PAID.
  6. The event will be declared completed once Crowd Control submits the final Event Registration report and the status is marked as COMPLETED.

C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The event must not cause disturbance to public order or surrounding peace.
  2. The event must not endanger public safety or surrounding security.
  3. The event is strictly prohibited from involving any illegal activities.
  4. The event is strictly prohibited from involving any illegal substances.
  5. The event must not be conducted inside, outside, or around any government facilities.
  6. The maximum event duration is 5 hours.
  7. Operational service hours are from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  8. If the proposal has been marked as [APPROVED] and later marked as [CANCELED], only 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
  9. If cancellation occurs after approval, the Event Permit Recommendation will be withdrawn.
  10. Applicants may contact the Media Relation Division for any further questions or discussions.

Based on the table above, the detailed cost are divided into several parts according to the applicant’s needs. The cost that are borne to the applicant are to be completed or paid on the maximum period of H-3 before the event, as well as checking of the preparation matters if deemed necessary. The options above is a statement that it is not always for the applicant to be borne with the bill at the relevant point. Applicants are given the freedom to use the services provided. So, the total cost to be paid is the sum of points A, B, C, and G. As for the penalty on point E, it is paid on the spot (coordinator (Officer)) with the conditions and terms as in the table above.

Note: Los Santos Sherrif Department, Los Santos Fire Departement and Los Santos News Network will get a commission cut of 35% as a part of our cooperation and partnership.
