MONTHLY BULLETIN — APRIL, 2026

MONTHLY MESSAGE

Assistant Chief of Police
Tyler Harrison Bradford, L.L.B
As we move into another month of service to the community of Los Santos, I want to take a moment to recognize the dedication, professionalism, and resilience shown by every member of this department. Each day, they're evolving challenges with integrity and a commitment to public safety that does not go unnoticed.

Our mission remains clear: to protect and serve with fairness, accountability, and respect for the community we are sworn to uphold. In recent weeks, we have made meaningful progress in strengthening community partnerships, enhancing officer readiness, and improving response strategies across all divisions.

    OFFICER OF THE MONTH
    Sergeant I
    Reinhart Wittmann
I accept this Officer of the Month award with full responsibility. In the field, we don't work for recognition; we work to ensure the law is upheld and the public remains safe. Every decision we make has consequences. Therefore, I always adhere to the principles: remain calm under pressure, act quickly, and do not hesitate when the situation demands decisiveness.

I also believe that no success stands alone. All of this is the result of teamwork by members who trust each other, look out for each other, and are ready to face anything together. As long as I wear this uniform, I will continue to carry out my duties with discipline, integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to law enforcement. That is my commitment, every day, on every assignment.

The Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) reminds all residents that safety remains a top priority, including during recreational and patrol cycling activities.

As demonstrated by LSPD personnel, officers preparing for bicycle patrol continue to follow proper safety protocols by wearing helmets at all times while riding. This practice is essential in reducing the risk of serious head injuries in the event of an accident.

Members of the public are strongly encouraged to adopt the same safety measures when cycling, including:
                  • Always wearing a properly fitted helmet
                  • Ensuring bicycles are in good working condition
                  • Following traffic laws and signals
                  • Remaining visible to other road users
Cycling is a healthy and environmentally friendly activity, but it must always be done responsibly. LSPD urges everyone to prioritize safety and set a positive example for others in the community.

                  Stay safe, ride smart.
