NARRATIVE
I was driving across Mission Row Bridge heading toward San Andreas Ave when another driver suddenly performed an illegal U-turn in the middle of the roadway without proper caution or signaling. The maneuver caused a near collision with my vehicle and forced me to react immediately to avoid crashing.
After the near accident occurred, I verbally called the driver an “idiot” out of frustration due to the dangerous driving behavior. Following this, the individual became confrontational and escalated the situation. The suspect then intentionally stopped their vehicle in the middle of Mission Row Bridge, blocking my path and obstructing traffic without any lawful reason.
The individual exited or remained near the vehicle while continuing the confrontation verbally. Their actions created a traffic hazard and prevented normal flow of vehicles on the bridge. I felt threatened and concerned the situation could escalate further, which is why I am submitting this report for documentation and possible investigation regarding reckless driving, illegal traffic obstruction, and disorderly conduct.
The involved individual was driving a black pickup-style vehicle, believed to be either a Caracara or an Everon RS. The vehicle appeared dark black in color and was used to intentionally stop in the middle of Mission Row Bridge, blocking my path and obstructing traffic after the near collision incident.
