MONTHLY BULLETIN — MAY, 2026

MONTHLY MESSAGE
CAPTAIN
CALVIN STONE
As we begin a new month, I would like to take a moment to thank each and every member of the Los Santos Police Department for your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to serving our community. The work we do is not always easy, and the challenges we face continue to evolve, but your efforts and determination ensure that our department remains strong and respected.

Every call for service, every investigation, every traffic stop, and every interaction with the public reflects not only on you as an individual officer, but on the Los Santos Police Department as a whole. I encourage all personnel to continue upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in everything you do.

This month, let us focus on strengthening teamwork, improving communication, and supporting one another both on and off duty. Success is never achieved alone—it is built through cooperation, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Remember that the badge you wear represents the trust placed in us by the community. Lead by example, remain disciplined in your duties, and never lose sight of the responsibility that comes with this profession.

Thank you for your continued service and sacrifice. Stay safe, stay vigilant, and continue making a positive impact every day.

    OFFICER OF THE MONTH
    POLICE OFFICER III
    YENNEFER VIRELLA
The most memorable moment was when I used a firearm for the first time and faced a suspect who resisted me, it was a truly valuable experience in my life. At a time when I was under a lot of stress, I bought my favorite food a burger at Lucky Plucker’s and requested a break at the Legion using CODE-7. My goal is to first reach the rank of Supervisor and remain within the LSPD. Personally, I’m very happy to have been selected as Officer of the Month. I never expected to be chosen. My mentor, Calvin Stone, has been incredibly patient and instrumental in my career, he taught me so much during my FTP training. For now, I’ll remain at Central Station because I’ve seen firsthand that officers there is currently very low. My suggestion is to make the presentation of materials more accessible, similar to a presentation, and as law enforcement officers, we must always uphold the dignity of the LSPD both on and off duty.
